Job Description

As a potential candidate for the position at MetLife, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project execution, and utilizing various tools such as Power Platform Tools, VBA Macros, Generative AI, and RPA Tools. Your expertise in creating FMEA, Process Maps, VSM, and other relevant quality tools at Green Belt level will be crucial to the role. Additionally, your proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as your training delivery skills on green belt level Six Sigma concepts will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Apply Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive change management and project execution. - Create FMEA, Process Maps, VSM, and utilize relevant Quality tools at Green Belt level. - Utilize Power Platform Tools, VBA Macros, Generative AI, and RPA Tools effectively. - Demonstrate excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Deliver training on green belt level Six Sigma concepts. - Utilize analytical skills for estimation, capacity calculation, FTE requirement, and predictive accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Total experience of 5-7 years. - Ability to identify gaps, apply root cause analysis, and provide solutions to stakeholders. - Strong stakeholder management skills for collaboration, facilitation, and influencing stakeholders. - Planning and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills for interaction with senior leadership, business partners, and customers.
