Training Manager

We are seeking a Training Manager to design, deliver, and oversee client training programs leveraging Mple AI’s platform. The ideal candidate will combine learning & development expertise with a strong understanding of sales effectiveness and digital training solutions, ensuring our clients achieve maximum impact from their workforce capability development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to identify training needs and align learning interventions with business objectives.
• Design and implement training programs across industries (pharma, insurance, banking, retail, etc.) focused on sales, product knowledge, customer engagement, and soft skills.
• Leverage Mple AI’s platform to create AI-powered learning journeys, simulations, and coaching experiences.
• Deliver and facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness using data-driven insights and continuously improve content and delivery.
• Support clients in fostering a culture of continuous learning, performance coaching, and skill development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Training, L&D, or Sales Enablement (experience in pharma/insurance/banking/retail preferred).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proven expertise in sales training, product knowledge development, and soft skills training.
• Experience in digital learning tools, AI-enabled learning, or LMS platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze training impact and link learning outcomes to business performance.
