Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver effective training programs on home loan products, credit assessment, sales techniques, and operational processes. • Conduct new employee induction, refresher programs, and skill enhancement sessions. • Partner with sales, credit, and ops leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted training plans. • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and business impact metrics. • Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory and market developments in housing finance. Eligibility Criteria: • Education: Graduate in any discipline. • Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in sales, credit, or operations within the housing finance or NBFC sector. Plus 1–2 years of experience in conducting functional/product/process trainings OR in a training role. • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for training deployments. Preferred Candidate Traits: • Strong understanding of housing finance processes and compliance. • Ability to simplify complex processes into relatable training content. • High energy, people-oriented, and self-driven.
