Business Development Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager / Sales Engineer with proven expertise in hydraulic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, nurturing long-term client relationships, and delivering technical sales solutions across industries such as construction, manufacturing, mining, and heavy equipment. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell hydraulic components specially Gear Motors to OEMs, end-users, and distributors. Develop new business opportunities and actively grow the customer base in the assigned territory. Understand client technical requirements and offer tailored hydraulic solutions. Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and pricing quotations. Meet and exceed defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular client visits and participate in technical and commercial discussions. Collaborate with design, production, and service teams for customized product solutions. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars. Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and forecast sales projections. Key Requirements: Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 4–8 years of experience in sales or technical marketing of hydraulic gear motor. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of hydraulic components and system design. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and local language. IT Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office tools; prior experience with CRM platforms is desirable.
