*URGENT REQUIREMENT* Job Title: Purchase Assistant Pharmaceutical Raw Materials (APIs & Excipients) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a leading pharmaceutical company engaged in sourcing, trading, and distribution of high-quality pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs & excipients). To strengthen our procurement team, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant. Key Responsibilities: Assist in procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs, intermediates, excipients). Coordinate with the suppliers for price negotiations, quotations. Maintain purchase records, contracts, and vendor databases. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards while purchasing. Support the Purchase Manager in preparing reports and analysis. Requirements: Graduate (in any field). Knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
