Job Title: Assistant to HOD (Division – Export, Oil & Gas, Metallurgy) Location: Noida, Sector 6 Qualifications: B.Tech-Mechanical Role Overview The position involves driving international business development through export sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with both domestic and international vendors. The role is critical in expanding International footprint in strategic markets across the globe. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed market research to identify new export opportunities and understand international market trends. Acquire deep knowledge of company products to effectively present features and benefits to global clients. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while developing new partnerships in target markets. Design and execute strategic export marketing plans to drive sales growth. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export documentation, and customs regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support, product information, and pre-sales assistance. Identify and explore new market territories and business development opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence for strategy refinement. Handle international client accounts, with specific focus on CIS countries, Russia, China, and other regions. Manage inquiries from international clients and coordinate offers from Indian vendors. Identify and propose international vendors as per client requirements. Follow up on orders, quotations, and confirmations to ensure timely execution. Candidate Requirements Experience: 8–12 years in international sales/export marketing with proven exposure in Export, Oil & Gas, Metallurgy. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of international trade practices, regulations, and export documentation Proficiency in market research and international client engagement Ability to handle multi-country operations and vendor coordination Other: Familiarity with CIS, Russian, and Chinese markets strongly preferred Why Join Us?
