Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Panchkula. The Assistant will perform administrative and clerical tasks, manage schedules, maintain records, support daily operations, and assist senior staff with various tasks as needed. Responsibilities may also include document preparation, data entry, and communication with clients and team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and tasks effectively
• Proficiency in data entry and document preparation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with accounting and taxation concepts is a plus
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as MS Office and basic accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
