Provide clerical, administrative, and operational support to the various department like HR, Finance, Stores, Sales, Civil, Purchase department, Geology and any other etc. Assist in preparation, verification, and maintenance of records, registers, and files. Support in drafting correspondence, reports, and documentation as required. Handle data entry, record-keeping, and updating information in ERP/IT systems. Assist in coordination with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and external agencies. Support in organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, and following up on pending tasks. Ensure proper filing, indexing, and safekeeping of office documents. Assist in preparation of bills, vouchers, challans, or other documents depending on departmental needs. Provide logistical support for day-to-day departmental operations. Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
