Training Manager

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager to join our Global RPO Talent Development Team in Pune or Bangalore

This position is a member of the Global RPO Talent Development team and will work in collaboration with Sr Leadership and peers to create and enhance global RPO Talent Development initiatives while representing regional needs and execution localizations across India and the greater APAC region.

Working as an integral part of our global team, you will be responsible for training colleagues on the full recruitment process through facilitating live virtual instructor led courses, enhancing foundational skills and critical behaviors that drive success, promoting a culture of continuous learning and enhancing our development offerings. You will also develop new courses and programs following continuous improvement initiatives while considering internal operational and business goals.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Provide RPO colleagues with full insight and training in the global recruitment process and supplementary skills, as well as any regionalization as dictated by local legal recruitment compliance.
• Responsible for promotion of new talent development offerings and ongoing learning content enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders to drive execution.
• Serve as Regional liaison to communicate development needs to influence global prioritization and knowledge sharing. And in turn, implement global initiatives on a regionalized basis collaborating closely with regional leadership and business enablement teams.
• Working within global priorities, design training programs and course content with continuous improvement initiatives in mind.
• Drive global and regional participation and engagement with learning opportunities within the KF internal learning curriculum while supporting the activation of scenario-based application to drive stronger outcomes.
• Use data and metrics to report learning impact to regional and global stakeholders in both formal and informal forums.
• Work independently to drive new learning and talent development programs effectively managing and progressing on short term milestones leading to longer-term results.

Professional Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Prior/current experience and familiarity with recruitment strategies strongly preferred
• Demonstrable experience in supporting, creating and delivering training to colleagues and team members; strong facilitation and professional presence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English along with strong stakeholder management and business acumen
• Self-driven with the ability to drive both short-term and long-term results in a talent development capacity
• Demonstratable experience in managing a development project from inception to execution strongly preferred (project management capability)
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, be adaptable and willingness to learn; high attention to detail
• Computer literacy, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, and numeric capability
• Experience with Instructional Design tools and methodologies is a plus, although not required
