Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage training programs aligned with Cambridge standards and organizational goals.
• Lead teacher development, academic training, and capacity-building initiatives across partner institutions.
• Drive adoption of innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, and active learning strategies.
• Assess training effectiveness through measurable outcomes and refine programs accordingly.
• Mentor, guide, and evaluate trainers/educators to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and academic partners to enhance learning experiences.
• Develop leadership and communication skills among educators to ensure global-standard pedagogy.
• Manage training schedules, resources, and reporting for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certification:

  Cambridge Program Leader Certification.

• Experience:

  8+ years in training, academic leadership, or program management (preferably in EdTech or education sector).
• Proven expertise in designing and executing large-scale training programs.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum implementation, and international education standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
