Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in hospitality.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and create targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver customized training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with training management software and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
