Training Manager

You will be responsible for leading the training team to achieve training KPI targets effectively. Your role includes bringing innovative thinking to the table and implementing new strategies to enhance training processes. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for creating reports and delivering presentations. - Demonstrated expertise in leading projects for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Target meetings. - Extensive experience in efficiently handling new transitions and business processes. - Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick model, Training Needs Identification (TNI), and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) management. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience in leading projects for Root Cause Analysis and Target meetings. - Extensive experience in managing new transitions and business processes. - Knowledge of the Kirkpatrick model, Training Needs Identification (TNI), and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a plus.
