Role Overview: As a Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for devising plans and approaches aligned with the organizational training strategy. Your role will involve overseeing the implementation and assessment of these plans to ensure successful business outcomes. By identifying training and developmental needs, driving suitable training initiatives, and collaborating across departments, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, performance, productivity, and work quality. Your background in business, leadership, human resources, development, or education will be essential in achieving these objectives.
