Role Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Success Associate to ensure clients have a smooth onboarding experience and get the most value from our platform. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to grow in Customer Success and SaaS.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard and support new clients.
• Share tips to drive product adoption and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and Sales leaders.
• Collect client feedback and share with internal teams.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure client success.



Who we are looking for

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Curiosity about AI, learning, and SaaS technologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
