We're growing fast and looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who’s passionate about building relationships, ensuring client success, and driving adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth, confidence-building experience from day one.
• Drive usage and engagement by sharing insights, nudging best practices, and offering smart suggestions.
• Build relationships with L&D, HR, and Sales leaders understanding their goals and aligning our solutions.
• Translate feedback into action, you’ll surface user insights that help improve our product and content.
• Partner across teams to ensure clients get what they need from demo decks to roleplay recommendations.
• Keep success measurable, track usage, identify risks early, and drive renewals and upsells.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Training/L&D roles (bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’re confident with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, you anticipate needs before they arise.
• Curiosity about AI, learning, and how products actually work under the hood.
• Comfort with ambiguity, you're not afraid to build processes and structure as you go.
• Bonus: Experience in training, pharma, insurance, or other people-heavy industries.
