Job Purpose-Training Manager

Reporting To Head – Learning & Development


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process and Sales Trainer to join our team in

the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial

products and services, a passion for learning and development, and proven expertise in

creating impactful training content. This role requires someone who can train sales and

operations teams in both process and product knowledge, enabling performance

improvement and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on sales techniques, product

knowledge, and process compliance to sales and support teams.

• Create, update, and manage high-quality training content including content

creation, e-learning modules, SOPs, and job aids.

• Collaborate with sales leaders and process owners to identify training needs and

align programs with business goals.

• Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing

employees.

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and

performance data to ensure continuous improvement.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and compliance changes to

ensure training remains relevant and accurate.

• Maintain training MIS and reports, track participation and performance metrics.


Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Finance, Business Administration, or related field).

• 3–4 years of experience in training delivery and content development, preferably in

the BFSI sector.

• Strong understanding of BFSI products, sales processes, and regulatory

requirements.

• Proven ability to create engaging training content (presentations, guides, e-learning,

assessments).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
