Training Manager

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various departments and job roles, addressing both technical and soft skills requirements.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, ensuring that they are equipped with the latest information and best practices
• Implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Lead initiatives to identify areas for improvement across the organization's processes, products, and services
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, implementing best practices, and promoting innovative ideas
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and online resources to support ongoing learning and development
• Lead and guide a team of training specialists and quality analysts to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Quality Improvements

• Conduct a thorough Training Needs Analysis to identify the specific training requirements of employees and the organization. This analysis will help you tailor training programs to address skill gaps and align with strategic goals
• Offer a mix of training delivery options, such as in-person workshops, virtual sessions, e-learning modules, and self-paced learning. Providing flexibility accommodates different learning preferences and accessibility needs.
• Implement regular feedback and coaching sessions for employees to reinforce learning and provide support during the learning application phase

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in training, with at least 2+ years in a

  telecom BPO

  environment.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Prior experience at a BPO (preferably telecom process) is

  mandatory
