  • Position Summary:

    First point of contact to the customers.

Call Centre Agent Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • Managing Inbound calls
  • Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer.
  • Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues.
  • Building sustainable customer relationships.
  • Keeping records of all conversations organized.
  • Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieving targets.
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.

Call Centre Agent Skills : -

  • Detail-oriented

    : Agents must listen carefully to customers and be able to pick up on small details to provide accurate responses to customers.
  • Organized

    : Agents need to be able to access CRM systems and track recorded conversations while speaking to customers.
  • Flexible

    : Agents must be able to adapt to unique customer queries and situations.
  • Friendly/empathetic

    : Agents need to be able to understand a situation from a customer's perspective and have a positive attitude toward people, even when dealing with difficult problems.
  • Calm under pressure

    : Agents may have to handle hundreds of customers calls each day. They should be able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Effective communicator

    : Agents need great verbal/written skills to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Professional

    : Agents must be able to apply professional behavior with colleagues and customers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction quickly and effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile : -

  • Candidates who are Fresher/Recent Graduates/Candidates with relevant experience) can apply
  • Fluency in communication (English/Telugu)
  • Familiar with MS Office Tools
  • Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
  • Can-do attitude with ability to manage multiple tasks in tight timeline frames.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Must be patient and a good listener to answer customer queries and concerns.
  • Excellent customer handling and customer engagement skills.
