Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an authentic North Indian menu featuring classic dishes (tandoori, curries, kebabs, breads, etc.) with innovative presentation. Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and aesthetics across all dishes. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, plating, hygiene, and inventory.
