We are seeking an experienced and passionate Classic North India Chef to join our elite culinary team at a high-end restaurant in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring authentic North Indian flavors with refined techniques and a contemporary presentation, backed by experience in Michelin-starred India restaurants . This is a rare opportunity to showcase traditional Indian cuisine at an international level, appealing to a discerning clientele in a premium dining environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an authentic North Indian menu featuring classic dishes (tandoori, curries, kebabs, breads, etc.) with innovative presentation. Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and aesthetics across all dishes. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, plating, hygiene, and inventory. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in classical Indian techniques and presentation. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in accordance with international regulations. Collaborate with restaurant management to design seasonal and special menus. Engage in menu tastings, presentations, and special events as required. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of professional culinary experience , with at least 3 years in a Michelin-starred India restaurant . Formal culinary education is preferred but not mandatory if backed by demonstrable expertise. Mastery in North India cuisine , including tandoor operations, regional specialties, spice blending, and modern plating. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration. Willingness to relocate and work in a dynamic, multicultural environment in the Middle East. Show more Show less
