We are seeking a visionary International Executive Chef to oversee culinary standards and strategic development across our client's expanding network of luxury restaurants in the Middle East, USA, and UK. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone with a Michelin-starred background, particularly within Indian cuisine or other fine dining disciplines.
Lead and oversee culinary operations across multiple international locations.
Ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality dishes throughout the entire operation.
Uphold and enforce brand culinary standards, health & safety protocols, and operational SOPs.
Provide strategic support during new restaurant openings, including kitchen setup, menu development, hiring, and training.
Collaborate with senior leadership on culinary direction, menu innovation, and brand positioning.
Conduct regular site visits to audit kitchen operations and coach local teams.
Act as a brand ambassador for culinary excellence and guest experience.
Previous success managing multi-site culinary operations across diverse regions.
Strong experience in modern Indian or Indo-European cuisine preferred.
Exposure to at least two of the following markets: Middle East, USA, or UK.
Expertise in launching new venues and setting operational standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and people development skills.
Flexible and willing to travel extensively.
