Training Manager

As a Training Manager at our luxury wellness resort near Lonavala, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading learning and development initiatives for our resort team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive training programs across all departments to enhance guest service, operational efficiency, and employee growth in alignment with 5-star hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor training programs focusing on service excellence, wellness hospitality, grooming standards, communication, and leadership development. - Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for performance improvement. - Deliver engaging training sessions that align with the resorts brand values and guest experience standards. - Maintain training records, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports for senior management. - Support departmental heads in creating on-the-job training and cross-training programs. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the team members. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a Training Manager/Assistant Training Manager in a luxury resort or 5-star hotel. - Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards and wellness-focused guest engagement. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to design training content and deliver sessions interactively and motivatingly. - Strong organizational and reporting skills. - Degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
