Job Description

Training & Development

Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on food preparation, recipe adherence, portion control, and equipment handling.
Train staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene practices, safety norms, and company guidelines.
Develop easy-to-understand training materials, checklists, and manuals.
Conduct Assessment & Review

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols are followed as per FSSAI and company standards.
Monitor daily operations and provide feedback to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
Conduct refresher training based on audits or quality check results.

Performance Monitoring

Evaluate staff performance during training sessions and provide constructive feedback.
Identify skill gaps and arrange additional training where needed.
Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.

Coordination

Work closely with the Base Kitchen Manager and Quality Team to align training with operational requirements.
Support in onboarding new hires and ensuring they are job-ready before deployment.
