Location: Chennai Experience: 1-2 Yr Role: Lead Senior Trainer- L&D Lead Senior Trainer- L&D We're looking for a Training Manager to build and manage our training programs, ensuring our team has the skills and knowledge to succeed in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll own the creation, organization, and continuous improvement of training content from onboarding guides to product updateswhile making learning engaging and effective for both internal and external customers. What you'll do: Create, manage, and update training materials and knowledge resources. Design engaging onboarding and upskilling programs. Work with product & business teams to keep content accurate and relevant. Run training sessions (online & offline) and measure effectiveness. Own and manage our learning system/tools for easy access to materials. What were looking for: 1-2+ years of experience in training, L&D, or instructional design. Strong content creation and facilitation skills. Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS platforms. Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-changing startup culture. A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach.
