Role Overview:

Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all culinary operations across multiple outlets, including fine dining, casual, wellness cuisine, and in-villa dining.
• Design and execute menus that highlight wellness, sustainability, and international standards of excellence.
• Train, mentor, and manage a multicultural culinary team to maintain consistent quality and innovation.
• Oversee food cost management, purchasing, and kitchen budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining premium quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with management to enhance guest experiences through unique culinary journeys.
• Work closely with spa and wellness teams to create healthy, nutritious, and gourmet dining options.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an

  Executive Chef

  or Senior Sous Chef in

  luxury resorts or 5-star hotels

• Strong background in

  wellness cuisine, international fine dining, and large-scale operations
