Background

PFSI Solutions Pvt Ltd (Positka) is a Singapore-based boutique consulting firm with blue-chip

multinational clients. Positka provides results-focused, high-value support to clients in the

functional areas of Business Transformation, Program Management, Information Technology,

Analytics, Marketing, and Sales.


We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic candidates to join our fast-

growing Business Operations & Strategy Services (BOSS) Team. This is an exciting opportunity

to learn multiple business functions, work with global clients, and gain hands-on experience

across diverse domains.


Objective

This program aims to identify and nurture young talent by providing hands-on exposure to

multiple business functions and developing future-ready professionals.


Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute across

multiple business functions. This role offers broad exposure and hands-on learning, providing a

solid foundation for growth into roles like Consultants, Domain experts, Project Managers,

Business Partners, etc.

Trainee candidates will be positioned to work on organizational functions like HR, like COO

Functions, HR, Marketing, Sales, Infosec and Compliance.


Deliverables:

 Report key operational metrics to senior management across HR, Marketing, Sales, and

Infosec, and act as the primary point of contact to support operations for products and

delivery teams.

 Support day-to-day operations and customer experience through workflow-based tasks,

governance, documentation of SOPs/best practices, and compliance with internal

policies.

 Drive digital outreach for Positka—including website upkeep, content development,

social media engagement, email campaigns, and CRM operations (data management,

reporting, and usage).

 Partner with business teams and recruiters to execute hiring plans, track recruitment,

and build capabilities; also assist HRBPs with onboarding, offboarding, and employee

engagement initiatives.

 Collaborate across teams working on futuristic tools and services, contributing ideas for

process improvements, engagement initiatives, and problem-solving operational

challenges.

 Contribute to general administrative activities, maintain accurate

records/dashboards/reports, and ensure smooth collaboration across functions.

 Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.

Education & Experience:

 Graduates in any stream (Batch of 2023 pass out or later), preferably BE/BTech, BBA,

MBA, MCA, B. Sc.

 Min. 0-1 years’ experience in Business Operations/HR Recruitment/Digital Marketing.


Skills & Competencies:

 Eager to learn, adaptable, and naturally curious with the ability to work effectively under

pressure.

 Maintain a professional, approachable, and proactive demeanor in all interactions.

 Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of Excel reporting

and pivot tables.

 Comfortable participating in and contributing to discussions in meetings with clients,

partners, or internal teams.

 Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.


Additional Information:

 Full-time | Chennai, India | Minimum 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

 Compensation: During the program, the trainee will be paid a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per

month.

 On successful completion of the trainee program with Positka, the trainee will be eligible

to be absorbed as a full-time employee, subject to selection criteria and successful

completion of our recruitment process.

 Willingness to travel as required.
