Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and market expansion within a designated region. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and executing sales strategies that align with company goals. You will work closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure satisfaction, growth, and achievement of sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect new customers within the assigned territory, establishing new business relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Deliver product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline forecasts, and CRM data to track progress toward sales targets.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create customized solutions and promotional strategies for your region.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities within the region and drive initiatives to capture untapped business.
  • Budget Management: Manage your sales budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability in the territory.
  • Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in [industry].
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth in a specific region.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
