Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Territory Sales Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with customers, delivering presentations, and meeting revenue targets. The role also includes training customers or internal teams if required, providing exceptional customer service, and generating business opportunities. The Territory Sales Manager will contribute to the growth of NoBrokerHood by aligning sales strategies with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–5 years of proven sales track record with target achievement
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory
  • Should have a two wheeler with a valid driver's license.
  • Lead generation through prospecting, referrals & web research
  • Business Development (B2C/B2B) for software application products/solutions
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations highlighting value and benefits
  • Capable of selling Hardware IoT devices
  • Engage with Apartment/Society Committee Members, builders & partners to understand requirements
  • Prospect, educate, qualify & convert leads
  • Ability to conduct demos to senior management
  • Onboard new apartments onto the NoBrokerHood platform (key KRA)
