Job Title Agency Partner Distribution – Front Line Manager Department Sales / Distribution / Agency Channel Reporting Manager Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager Role Overview The Front Line Manager (FLM) – Agency Partner Distribution is accountable for expanding business through the recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of agency partners and advisors. The role emphasizes achieving sales objectives, strengthening partner capability, and ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Agency Partner Engagement Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate agency partners/advisors within the assigned geography Develop strong and sustainable relationships with agency partners to drive long-term engagement Support partners through regular field visits and joint customer interactions 2. Sales Growth & Market Expansion Deliver assigned monthly and annual sales targets through the agency channel Analyze local market potential and execute strategies to increase distribution reach Track and review sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis 3. Training & Capability Building Coach and mentor agency partners to improve sales effectiveness and productivity Ensure partners are well-versed in products, sales processes, and digital tools Conduct periodic performance assessments and development planning sessions 4. Performance Tracking & MIS Monitor key metrics including partner activation, productivity, and conversion ratios Generate and submit regular MIS and performance dashboards Implement action plans to improve partner performance where required 5. Governance & Compliance Ensure all agency-related activities are conducted in line with company policies and regulatory norms Maintain complete and accurate records for partner recruitment, sales, and servicing 6. Customer Experience & Brand Advocacy Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences through agency partners Act as a brand ambassador in the assigned market Address and resolve partner or customer escalations from the field Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of assigned sales targets Growth in the number of active and productive agency partners Partner productivity, activation, and retention levels New partner acquisition and activation rates Compliance, quality, and audit performance Eligibility Criteria Education Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, agency distribution, or channel management Experience in managing agency partners or field sales teams will be an added advantage Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills Target-driven approach with strong business and sales acumen Effective communication and relationship-building abilities Comfort with field-based roles and travel Working knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM platforms Additional Requirements Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Good understanding of the local market dynamics
