Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Territory Manager role based in Haldwani. The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory by promoting products to healthcare professionals. Key activities include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing strategies, and business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions effectively.
  • Time Management and Planning: Skilled in territory planning and organizing schedules to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Other Relevant Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, familiarity with regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry, and a proven track record in sales performance.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration preferred, along with relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
