Job Description

Location:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong engagement with Channel Partner leaders (Branch/Cluster/Circle Heads, TPP team, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.
Drive business KPIs revenue, market share, product mix, upsell, persistency, and attrition control.
Plan and execute business travel for team and partner engagement.
Mentor and develop CSMs/Sr. CSMs to effectively lead their frontline sales teams.
Ensure proper onboarding, training, and engagement of new FLS to reduce attrition and boost productivity.
Build teams through referrals and maintain full manpower.
Manage sales processes, business hygiene, contests, and organizational initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Work Experience:

12-15 years in retail/distribution sales.
Minimum 5 -8 years in team management.
BFSI/Insurance channel sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

Graduate (Post Graduate preferred).
Candidates up to 40 years of age may Apply.

Preferred Skills:

Strong sales planning & team management.
Good understanding of MIS, data analysis & dashboards.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Ambitious and result-oriented leader.
