Key Responsibilities
- Active Directory Server Administration. Exchange server Administration, Mailbox management, Expert Desktop support.
- Administration and support of Exchange mainly on Premise servers and messaging system online services (hybrid mode).
- Managing mailbox and group permissions, Email compliance management
- Exchange journaling and Databases issues.
- Scripting and development skills using PowerShell.
- OS Patching, Deploy Security Update.
- Azure AD Connect and Check account synchronization issues.
- Troubleshooting inbound and outbound queues, mail routing issues, mail delivery latency issues, SMTP mail flow debugging, analysis of NDR.
- Downloading admin audit logs and email tracking logs monthly basis.
- Office 365 Administration. Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange server Office 365 , Managing MFA and password related queries
- Ediscovery, Content Search, litigation hold, Managing retention policies.
- Creation, Deletion of user mailboxes, shared mailbox, resource mailbox, contacts, distribution groups, dynamic distribution groups, address book (GAL) policies.
- Resolving issues related to send receive, outlook connectivity, mail flow, calendars or other outlook add-ins reported by users via emails, calls and tickets over remote sessions whenever required.
- Search and deletion of bulk emails
- Implementing threat protection policies related to malicious files, links, profanity filters for the organization.
- Managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC policies and records of Bank
- Monitoring and managing SPAM and threat protection
- Supporting end users with other exchange online and outlook client issues
- License management
Qualifications And Experience Required
- License management
- Good knowledge of Exchange 2016/2019.
- Basic Experience in Exchange On-Premise and Hybrid
- Understanding of Windows 2016/2019
- Understanding of Active Directory.
- Understanding of Azure AD
- Understanding of Office 365.
