We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, energetic in approach, and capable of delivering measurable results in a competitive environment.


 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, references, and cold calling.
  • Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure timely updates on CRM/data management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects through multiple channels (calls, emails, events, LinkedIn, etc.) to convert them into long-term clients.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business pitches tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead contract discussions, commercial negotiations, and client onboarding to ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and revenue objectives consistently.
  • Provide post-sales account management and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

 

Required skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Electrical Systems, Industrial Automation, or Energy Management Solutions will be a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
