The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase company revenue. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team. The role also involves meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, and attending industry events to network and promote company products. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and business development Strong understanding of market trends and the industrial manufacturing industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Willingness to travel as needed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
