Role & responsibilities Ability to communicate complex technical features in simple, outcome-oriented terms. Strong consultative selling approach guide clients on how to enrich their products using Hitay’s ingredients. Experience in B2B food ingredient sales to R&D, procurement, and product development teams. Skilled in identifying cross-selling opportunities within the client’s product range. Excellent follow-up, CRM updates, and relationship management discipline . Application & Trial Support Assist clients in formulation trials (snacks, bakery, dairy alternatives, Past noodles etc). Provide sample preparation guidance , dosage recommendations, and stability tips. Coordinate with Hitay’s R&D / QA team to resolve technical concerns or customization needs. Record and analyze trial feedback to refine application notes and client documents. Preferred candidate profile
