Job Description

You are applying for the position of Technical Sales & Marketing Specialist for Hospital Management Software (HMS) solutions. As a part of this role, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet company targets and accelerate business growth in the healthcare software sector. - Identifying and engaging with new prospects in the healthcare industry such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare networks, while maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients. - Designing and managing integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. - Conducting regular market research and competitor analysis to ensure strategic positioning and adapt to healthcare market needs. - Creating compelling marketing content like brochures, case studies, and presentations to maintain brand consistency. - Collaborating with internal teams (product, sales, and support) to align messaging and improve customer engagement. - Analyzing campaign performance, ROI, and making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness. - Staying updated on healthcare trends, software innovations, and regulatory guidelines affecting hospital IT systems. - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to boost brand visibility. Qualifications and Skills required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Fluent in Hindi and English with the ability to confidently communicate with clients in Hindi-speaking regions. - Familiarity with Hospital Management Systems (HMS), EMR/EHR solutions, or healthcare IT workflows is advantageous. - Ability to create effective marketing materials and sales presentations. Preferred Skills: - Self-driven and target-oriented. - Capable of working independently. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in handling client demos and product presentations. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, demos, and events.
