Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Noida for a Technical Sales Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting technical solutions, and supporting customers with tailored solutions based on their needs. Key responsibilities include managing sales processes, providing technical support, and maintaining high standards of customer service to ensure clients' satisfaction and successful implementation of turnkey solar module manufacturing and testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales to identify potential opportunities, conduct successful client interactions, and meet sales goals.
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to foster client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Experience in Technical Support to provide guidance and solutions tailored to customers' technical requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with technical and sales teams.
• Knowledge of solar production technology, solar manufacturing processes, and raw materials is advantageous.
• Educational background in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to analyze client needs and adapt solutions to meet their specific production goals.
