Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales activities and managing the sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales reports, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B sales strategies for Solar PV, Semiconductor, and Li-ion battery manufacturing clients.
  • Understand technical product specifications and consultatively sell to decision-makers in technical and procurement roles.
  • Generate and qualify leads, prepare commercial proposals, and conduct product presentations and demos.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits (travel involved).


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
  • 1–5 years of B2B technical sales experience (Solar/EV/Semiconductor sector preferred).
