Technical Sales Specialist

1 ) Helping customers decide which product is right for them as per the product bouquet offered by SKIL of various suppliers in HPC industry

2) Helping customers understand how to use a product

Conducting training for customers and sales scientists within company

3 ) Traveling to customer's sites to maintain, diagnose, for any potential technical business interruption

Providing feedback to product managers about product usage and possible enhancements new business opportunities

4 ) Documenting and reporting customer technical progress to suppliers and line managers

Technical support can often be provided via telephone or email; technical service usually requires travel to the customer's site.

5)Maintain and develop the customer base in personal care industry through product presentations, technical seminars and by developing technical skills of sales team by in house presentations.

6)Visiting customers with Sales team ( PAN India) for pitching new concepts, troubleshooting formulation issues with technical expertise and owning mutual accountability of revenue generation from the projects initiated/ handled.

6) Mapping industry trends and collaborating in marketing promotions for our organization. Also preparing and Participating in seminars/ exhibitions, promoting the principles portfolio.

This role includes strategic vision of converting idea to business by collaborating ,networking with key stakeholders at customer end and internally with clear focus on margin and revenue generation in hand with sales teams
