Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist based in Chennai. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing technical sales expertise, and managing end-to-end sales processes. The Specialist will collaborate with the technical support team to address pre-sales and post-sales concerns, deliver product demonstrations, and assist customers in optimizing the use of NComputing solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners is key to the position.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales, including the ability to present technical solutions and align them with customer needs
  • Solution selling

    : Sales representatives need a strong understanding of NComputing's products and how they can be applied to various customer needs, from small businesses to large enterprises. 
  • Demand generation:

     Field sales representatives are responsible for creating interest and demand for NComputing's virtual desktop solutions through direct engagement and channel partners.
  • Relationship Management:

    Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and build lasting relationships
  • Experience in Technical Support to address pre-sales queries and provide product-related assistance
  • Closing deals

    : The sales process culminates in closing deals for the company's products, which are designed to reduce costs and improve manageability through desktop virtualization
  • Sales experience:

    To focus on sales cycles and meeting revenue targets
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, coupled with problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; prior experience in the IT or System Integration Hardware industry is preferred
