Technical Sales Specialist

As a Technical Sales Engineer at SKIL in the HPC industry, your role involves: - Helping customers decide which product is right for them from the product bouquet offered by various suppliers - Assisting customers in understanding how to use the products - Conducting training sessions for customers and sales scientists - Travelling to customer sites to maintain, diagnose, and address any potential technical business interruptions - Providing feedback to product managers regarding product usage, potential enhancements, and new business opportunities - Documenting and reporting customer technical progress to suppliers and line managers - Supporting customers technically via telephone or email, with technical service necessitating travel to the customer's site - Maintaining and expanding the customer base in the personal care industry through product presentations, technical seminars, and by enhancing the technical skills of the sales team through in-house presentations - Collaborating with the Sales team nationwide to pitch new concepts, troubleshoot formulation issues, and drive revenue generation from initiated projects - Staying updated on industry trends and contributing to marketing promotions for the organization - Participating in seminars and exhibitions to promote the portfolio principles and convert ideas into business opportunities by networking with key stakeholders both externally and internally, focusing on margin and revenue generation alongside the sales teams.,
