We are looking for experienced professionals who can provide technical support to our international partners, ensuring product performance, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to international distributors and customers through product recommendations and application guidance. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to offer effective technical solutions. Assist in product trials, evaluations, and troubleshooting at customer sites, both remotely and on-site when required. Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to develop or adapt formulations for specific regional or customer needs. Support the sales team in technical communication, documentation, and training for overseas partners. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Plastics Engineering . 5–7 years of relevant experience in masterbatch formulation, processing, or technical service . Experience in international customer or distributor support preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
