Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead

    technical sales presentations and product demonstrations

    of InsideFPV s defence-grade drone systems.
  • Drive

    end-to-end sales cycles

    from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation, closure, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Take

    ownership of revenue generation

    by achieving monthly and quarterly

    sales targets

    across assigned regions.
  • Translate

    technical specifications into mission-ready operational benefits

    for defence and paramilitary clients.
  • Collaborate with

    engineering, R&D, and operations teams

    to prepare accurate

    technical proposals, compliance matrices, and product datasheets

    for tenders and client demos.
  • Provide

    technical inputs

    for tenders, Make-II proposals, and DAP-2020 compliant submissions.
  • Conduct

    on-site demos, field evaluations, and user training

    , ensuring safety and technical excellence.
  • Collect and analyse

    customer feedback and mission requirements

    to guide future product improvements.
  • Build and maintain

    relationships with procurement officers, evaluation teams, and DRDO/Army officials

    .
  • Maintain accurate

    CRM records

    with updates on leads, opportunities, pipeline status, and closure probability.
  • Prepare and submit

    weekly MIS reports

    summarizing field activities, targets achieved, and forecasted opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in

    technical or defence sales

    in UAVs, robotics, or defence electronics.
  • Proven ability to

    close deals

    and meet revenue goals in high-value B2G or B2B environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of

    drone architecture, propulsion systems, payloads, and communication protocols

    .
  • Excellent

    presentation, documentation, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Familiarity with

    GEM/eProcure portals

    ,

    DAP-2020

    , and

    Make-II procurement processes

    preferred.
  • Willingness to

    travel extensively across India

    , including remote or high-altitude regions.
