As a Sales Lead, your role involves identifying new sales leads and pitching products and/or services to potential customers. You will be responsible for maintaining fruitful relationships with new customers and retaining as well as increasing revenues from them. Key Responsibilities: - Physically visit various client locations in South India (Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) to understand their infrastructure and determine the scope of our products portfolio. - Achieve sales targets by effectively handling meetings with key clients and attending trade exhibitions, exhibit sale meetings, and conferences as required. - Possess knowledge of English and local languages (Sinhala & Tamil) to communicate effectively with clients. - Good knowledge of computer skills to maintain documentation during the development process. - Preferably have a local two/four-wheeler vehicle with a validated Indian license for travel requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and business development. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel extensively (50% travel) within South India.
