Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Coimbatore. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including full-life cycle recruiting and hiring. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with team members to ensure we attract and retain top talent. This role requires working closely with technical teams to understand their staffing needs and finding the best talent to fit those needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    entire recruitment life cycle

    for IT positions, from understanding requirements to onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Specialize in

    Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

    hiring processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Conduct technical assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across various technologies.
  • Negotiate offers, rates, and terms with candidates in line with company and client policies.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and prepare regular reports on hiring metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in

    IT recruitment

    , with at least 3 - 4 years focused on

    C2H hiring

    .
  • Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of technical requirements and IT roles (developers, testers, cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work from office in
