Job Description

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
in staffing field.
Strong understanding of technical skills, including software development languages, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, databases, and data analytics.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
