About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with experience in US IT staffing to join our Vadodara team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape, technical skill sets, and a proven ability to source and engage qualified professionals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and qualify candidates for US-based IT positions using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and placement.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring technical roles.

• Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, documentation, and internal recruitment processes.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitment.

• Strong understanding of US work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099) and compliance requirements.

• Familiarity with a broad range of IT skill sets and technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to work from the office in Vadodara, Gujarat.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
