Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Department: Sales Experience Required: 1–3 years No. of Openings: 1 Location: Indore (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, cold emails, cold calling, and freelance platforms like Upwork, Clutch, and GoodFirms. Identify potential business opportunities across various industries and geographies, targeting decision-makers and key influencers. Client Outreach & Engagement Initiate and nurture conversations with prospects to understand their business needs, technical challenges, and project goals. Build rapport and trust with potential clients through timely, personalized, and value-driven communication. Proposal Development & Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, content) to develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and RFP responses. Ensure all proposals are tailored to client requirements and effectively present the company’s capabilities. Meetings, Demos & Consultative Selling Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demos, and virtual/in-person meetings with both domestic and international clients. Lead consultative sales discussions to recommend customized solutions aligned with client needs. Sales Pipeline Management Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to conversion and onboarding. Track deal stages, engagement levels, and conversion probabilities using CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Pipedrive. Conversion & Revenue Generation Follow up rigorously with qualified leads to move them through the sales funnel and drive deal closures. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition, proposals sent, and deals closed. Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize value while maintaining a client-first approach. Market Research & Intelligence Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies. Identify and suggest new market segments, geographies, or services with potential growth opportunities. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of communication, progress, and client interactions within the CRM system. Share regular reports and dashboards with leadership on pipeline status, outreach effectiveness, and conversion metrics. Feedback Loop & Process Optimization Gather feedback from prospects and clients to improve service offerings, communication styles, and proposal quality. Contribute ideas to optimize outbound campaigns, pitch strategies, and lead nurturing workflows. Networking & Brand Building Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and virtual meetups. Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract inbound interest.
