Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
• Use a variety of recruitment methods to identify and source top talent, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and evaluate their qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including negotiating salaries, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with other members of the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes that support the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
