Technical Recruiter – Headsbase (Rajbagh, Srinagar) Find and hire tech talent for our US-based clients while keeping the process quick and candidate-friendly. Main Duties Post clear job ads and search LinkedIn, GitHub, and other tech boards for candidates. Review résumés and run brief phone or video screens to check skills and fit. Work with hiring managers to confirm role requirements and interview plans. Keep candidate data up-to-date in our ATS and share regular status reports. Prepare offers, negotiate pay, and help new hires start smoothly. Must-Have Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field. 1-2 years experience recruiting for technical roles. Strong written and spoken communication plus basic negotiation skills. Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and any ATS or CRM tools. Nice to Have Knowledge of US hiring practices. Experience filling software-engineering or cloud-computing roles.
