Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcer located in Srinagar, J&K. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines and utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to find qualified candidates. Qualifications Strong Sales and Procurement skills Analytical skills to assess recruiting metrics and strategies Effective Communication and Contract Negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 0 to 1 years of experience.
